Our boys recorded an important victory in the twelfth round of the Banka Poštanska Stedionica Super League.

Red Star defeated the always annoying Mladi Radnik away from home with a score of 3-0, in sets of 25:21, 25:20 and 25:20.

An even and balanced match, despite the seemingly convincing result, the home team held the lead, but composure and dedication in the final moments of the sets gave our side the advantage.

The most efficient player in the Red Star team was Milan Krstić with 19 points, Omar Ahmed Dejo added 13, while Aleksa Starović scored 12 points.

Aleksandar Bošnjak also joined the scorers list with 7 points, Andrej Rudić with 5 and captain Nikola Petrović with 1 point.

A valuable victory for our boys before the second leg of the round of 16 of the CEV Challenger Cup in Milan, which will be played on Tuesday, while in the next round at Banjica we welcome Takovo, who are in great form.
