Another exciting duel with Radnički from Belgrade, in three matches so far this season we have played 16 sets!

This time, our girls managed to win 3-2, with the scores 17:25, 16:25, 26:24, 25:19 and 15:11, and win the golden set, in which they were better by the score 15:11.

An incredible fight on both sides, Radnicki opened the match better and it seemed that they easily won the first two sets in their favor.

In the third set, our girls took control and did not let go of the victory until the end.

The most efficient player in the Red Star team was Katarina Stanković with 25 points, captain Nikolina Lukić scored 23, Božica Marković, Nađa Antonović and Anica Popadić added 10 each, while Tea Simić scored 9 points.

With this victory, our girls advanced to the semifinals of the Serbian Cup, but they don’t have much time to celebrate, as they have a match in Užice on Friday, and the CEV Cup starts next week.
