On Monday 06.10. A conference of the women’s senior team was held at the club’s premises before the start of the new season of the Super League, Serbian Cup and CEV Cup.

We were contacted by the director of the Red Star Belgrade club, Nikola Rosić, the head coach of the women’s team, Milan Gršić, as well as the new captain, Nikolina Lukić, and shared their mood and expectations for the new season.

Nikola Rosić emphasized that he is extremely proud that this year we have a very young team, composed of girls from our school along with a few experienced individuals.

Coach Milan Gršić agreed and highlighted the potential the team has and is confident that with the club’s support and patience they will grow into great players.

Captain Nikolina Lukić reflected on the great atmosphere in the team and confirmed that even though it is a younger team, Red Star’s goals remain the highest.

Another busy season is ahead for our girls!
