Our girls were unlucky in the first match of the quarterfinal playoff series of the Banka Poštanska Stedionica Superleague.

On the road in Lajkovac, Železničar won 3-1, with the scores 26:24, 27:29, 25:20 and 25:10.

The most efficient player in the Red Star team was captain Nikolina Lukić with 15 points, Katarina Stanković added 14, Božica Marković 11, while Magdalena Obućina scored 10 points.

Milana Stanković also joined the scorers list with 5 points, Nađa Antonović with 4 points, Milica Jovanović added 3 points, while Tea Stojanović scored 1 point.

An awkward start to the series, but in just a few days, our girls will have the opportunity to win the championship at Banjica and extend the series.

The rematch will be played on Sunday at 8 p.m. at USC “Voždovac”.
