Our boys failed to pull off a great miracle and convincingly defeat the favored Milan team on the away court, winning the golden set and a potential chance to advance to the quarterfinals.

Allianz Milano was also better in the second leg with a score of 3-0, in sets of 25:16, 25:14 and 25:18.

The most efficient players in the Red Star team were Aleksa Starović and Andrej Rudić with 5 points each, followed by Danilo Ilić and Milan Krstić with 4 points each, Đorđe Kovač and Aleksandar Bošnjak added 3 points each.

Captain Nikola Petrović and Omar Ahmed Dejo also scored with two points each, while Mladen Janković added 1 point.

Great performances by our guys this year in the CEV Challenger Cup, undefeated until the round of 16 and great turnarounds and away wins in the first two rounds.

The Super League remains our sole and main focus for the rest of the season, where we will face an excellent match at Banjica this weekend.
