The season hasn’t even officially started yet, and our boys have already won their first trophy!

In the Super Cup of Serbia, Red Star defeated Vojvodina after an exciting and uncertain match with a score of 3-2, in sets 20:25, 25:19, 25:18, 21:25 and 15:7.

The most effective player in our team was Aleksandar Stefanović with 24 points scored, followed by captain Aleksandar Gmitrović with 22 points and Stevan Simić with 13 points.

We should also highlight the immeasurable contribution of Aleksandar Blagojević, whose serves made the difference just when it was needed.

Also a big thank you to our fans who came to support and cheer on these great guys.

With this victory, Red Star won the sixth Super Cup of Serbia and heralded a great season.

Our boys will have little time to rest, as the match of the second round of qualification for the Champions League against Orion Stars in the Netherlands awaits them on Wednesday.
