Our boys failed to make it to the finals of the 60th. Serbian Volleyball Cup, after an incredible match, six sets and three hours of play, Radnički advanced by winning the golden set 15-12, although after the regular period we won 3-2, in sets 25:23, 21:25, 25:21, 19:25 and 15:13.

The most efficient player in the Red Star team was Aleksandar Gmitrović with 24 points, Aleksandar Stefanović added 14, while Stevan Simić and Omah Ahmed Dejo each scored 11.

An unfortunate defeat and an end close to the final for the reigning champion and the best team in the Super League.

Our boys will have to be content with fighting for the title with the Super Cup already won.

In the next two rounds, we face two very tough away games, first against our eternal rival on Saturday, and next week against Karađorđe in Topola.
