On the occasion of the end of the successful season and preparations for the next, historic season, in which our club will have a representative in Europe in both men’s and women’s competition, the general manager of the club, Nikola Rosić, made a statement for Sportal journalists.

“I am extremely proud of the results achieved this year. The boys are the champions of Serbia, they will play in the Champions League next year. And the women’s team won participation in the CEV Cup, and thus we are the only club in the region that will play in Europe in both competitions.

I would like to emphasize that my conscience is biting because in that race for financial resources, in order for the club to function as orderly and as well as possible, we used some space to promote some of our results that have passed three years since I came to the club. really great, really impressive. We have won four trophies in the past three years – the women won the title, the Cup and the historic Super Cup of Serbia, the first in the history of Red Star, and certainly the most favorite trophy for me was won this year, when the men took the title in a great final against the Partizan team and can to say that I am extremely proud of what has been achieved so far.”
