After a tough fight in the first match of the Serbian Cup semi-finals, our girls defeated Železničar from Lajkovac with a score of 3-2, with the scores of 26:24, 21:25, 25:19, 12:25 and 15:13.

The most efficient players in the Red Star team were Simona Mateska and Jasek Malgorzata with 18 points each, followed by captain Ana Lazarevic with 16, while Anica Kutlesic added 10.

With this victory, we took revenge on Železničar for their only defeat in domestic competitions this season, the second leg will be played in Lajkovac in two weeks.

A big derby awaits us on Saturday, as we are playing with the league leader TENT in Obrenovac.
