Our boys defeated Mladi Radnik 3-1 in the first round of the Banka Poštanska Stedionica Superleague, with the score 22:25, 25:22, 25:23 and 25:20.

A very exciting match at Banjica, the guests started better and won the first set after a great fight.

In the second set, Red Star started to wake up and Mladić Radnik’s resistance slowly broke down, and with a lot of twists and turns, we managed to equalize.

Slowly, in the third set, our boys took control of the match and continued in the same rhythm in the fourth set, ultimately recording their first victory of this Super League season.

The most efficient player in the Red Star team was Milan Krstić with 22 points, Alija Bekrić added 17, while Andrej Rudić scored 10 points.

A great volleyball performance in the first round, an important win for a good start to the season.

In the next round, our boys will play against the Takovo team.
