Our girls officially started competing in the new season of the Banka Poštanska Stedionica Super League today.

In the first round, Red Star played a guest match against Jedinstvo in Užice and justified their role as favorites with a 3-0 victory, in sets of 25:17, 25:14 and 25:13.

The most efficient player in the Red Star team was Katarina Stanković with 15 points, followed by Cvetomira Mitkova with 13, Ljubica Kecman and Nađa Antonović each scored 11, Isidora Jakovljević and Taylor Bruns each added 3, while Anđela Marinković scored 1 point.

A great start to the season and a great performance from our girls who will only have a few days to rest and will face Spartak from Subotica in the round of 16 of the 61st. Cup of Serbia.
