As many as 12 representatives of the Red Star Belgrade junior teams, of almost all ages, have been invited to the Serbian national team’s preparations.

The captain of the championship team, Una Dobricanin, and Jelena Teodorovic were invited to the pioneers’ preparations.

The Pioneers’ list includes the captain of the Serbian champions Ivan Vitorović, the best Pioneer receiver Strahinja Sekulić, and the best blocker Danilo Blagojević.

The women’s cadet team includes Magdalena Obućina and Milana Stanković, who have been playing for the senior team with great success.

The cadets also have another senior first-team player, Andrej Lukić, and Stefan Skoko on the list.

Višnja Žigić, the best junior libero and first libero of the Red Star Belgrade senior team, will play for the women’s junior team as well as the junior senior team. Tea Stojanović, the first team technician, will accompany her on the junior senior team.

The younger seniors’ selection will include Bogdan Tomašević, who also plays for the senior team, as well as Aleksa Starović, who is returning from loan.
